What We Offer
I highly rate Chamomile Care; excellent service from start to finish. The first time I have had to use a care agency, I found them friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. The care manager found me a lovely carer; we got on so well it was like having a family member care for me. I would recommend this company to my friends and loved ones.

-
What would Chamomile Care do if my needs changed? If a Service User's needs change Chamomile Care would reassess the individual and discuss any changes that are needed to the Care Plan. The change/s can be identified by anybody directly involved with the individual. However, should a neighbour raise concerns/suggestions we would only discuss the matter with the individual and their family.
-
Does Chamomile Care charge different rates depending on the time of day or the day of the week?Chamomile Care charges double for Bank Holidays; at all other times, the rates are the same.
-
Does Chamomile Care charge for assessments?Chamomile Care does not charge for assessments or reviews.
-
Does Chamomile Care have a minimum and maximum visit length?Chamomile Care have a minimum call duration of 30 minutes, there is no maximum. The minimum of 30 minutes is in place because it's adequate time to be productive. Any shorter and the Care Worker would be rushing around which directly impacts the individual they are visiting. This can leave the individual feeling rushed and uncared for, which is definitely not what we are about. If the visit is particularly long, Chamomile Care may need to split the visit depending on the availability of Care Workers.
-
What if I am not home when the Chamomile Care Care Worker visits?Chamomile Care requires 48-hour notice to cancel a care visit with no charge being applied. Otherwise, the full charge becomes payable as we will be paying the Care Worker both for their time and for their mileage to visit your house. The Care Worker is obliged to wait for 15 minutes, and then they may leave.
-
Does Chamomile Care charge differently for Bank and Public Holidays?Yes, we do. Chamomile Care charges double for all Bank and Public Holidays, and we also pay our Care Workers double.
-
Does Chamomile Care offer live-in care?Chamomile Care does not offer live-in care per se, we do however offer care by the hour, which can if necessary be extended around the clock. This has the additional benefit that the Service User can see more than just the same face 24/7, there would be a dedicated small team for the Service User.
